We hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas!!

It's been a bit hectic for us in the last couple of weeks running up to the big day but I'm pleased to say I managed to get the horsebox out to a show and it ran beautifully hurrah.

The horses however....well! I had intended to take the giant out, and had done some practice jumping at home, but he had other ideas :(. He came in on the Friday evening and on picking out his feet I noticed a huge ballooned rear leg!

On further inspection there were no cuts or visible injuries and he wasn't lame, but I decided a few days off were in order.

The leg went down a bit Saturday and was almost normal on Sunday but being cautious i decided to take the old gal instead!

She didn't disappoint and came away with a fab second place! She has her flare back for jumping and was so eager when doing her round!

I definitely think she has been feeling a lot better since being on Equinectar, her coat is glossy and looks lovely and she just seems so much happier in herself, and much more enthusiastic in her schooling!

The horses have had a good Christmas, my friend delivered 3 sacks of carrots and apples donated from her school so they have been very happy!

They even had their first taste of Guinness as I put a little in their feeds as a treat, they loved it (owner on the other hand was not a fan!).

I didn't manage to get out for my annual Christmas day hack with Autumn 😕 as I have stupidly injured my back when picking up a bag of dog food (of all things!).

Everyone who has seen me though asked the immediate question - is it horse related!! They know me so well haha!

They seemed shocked when the answer was no! I'm hoping it will be sorted soon as not riding is frustrating me already, but on the positive I'm getting better each day.

We are hoping to have some big news for 2020, as there will be a big change for us all but we will have to keep you in suspense for a few more weeks 🙊.
